CLAIM
To be valid, any complaint by the Buyer relating to the site must be communicated in writing within 30 days of the date of delivery. The absence of any dispute according to the aforementioned rules entails for the Buyer the unconditional and unreserved acceptance of the fact which gives rise to the complaint and, de facto, the definitive waiver of any complaint in this respect.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and therefore non-professional customer has the right to terminate the contract within 15 days, without being required to specify the reason. The withdrawal period expires 15 days after the date on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must register his return request by completing the document below provided for this purpose named "Exchange and return voucher".
Please return each item to its original packaging. Please complete and follow the return procedure as indicated on the "Exchange and return voucher" document.
For any exchange of size, model or other color, please reorder on the e-shop. You will then be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the goods to be exchanged by Anjali Mudra. You will receive an email to notify you once the refund has been made.

In the event of a return, the shipping costs are charged to you only once during the first purchase.

Anjali Mudra reimburses the customer by the same means of payment as the one used by the latter to carry out the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly accepted another method.

The customer must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case not more than 15 days after the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer is on time if he returns the goods before the expiry of the 15-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are offered in Belgium.

The customer is only responsible for the depreciation of the items resulting from use exceeding what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. Items must not have been washed, and must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, bearing all their original labels.

Anjali Mudra reserves the right not to reimburse the depreciation resulting from handling the goods beyond what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
