At checkout Simply select the "Pay with Klarna" option and enter your payment information. There is never any interest or fees as long as payments are made on time. When the order is shipped Once your order has been confirmed and is being shipped, we will invoice you for the first payment. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a notification. Every 30 days Your credit card will be charged automatically every 30 days for further payments. We will send you an alert to notify you.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST WITHIN BELGIUM?For shipments to Belgium, shipping costs is 5€. Shipping is FREE for purchases over 160€. Why charge for shipping? We want to be transparent. We try to stay true to our values while offering you quality products. Shipping with Bpost Belgium to a relay point near you costs 5€. Some brands offer shipping but include a shipping cost in their sales price. We prefer not to include this 5€ in the price of our pieces, as it allows those who come to collect their pieces at our showroom or in person to avoid paying this fee. Our prices are therefore all calculated as accurately as possible. Over 160€, it's a gift from us. We will pay the shipping costs to thank you for a larger purchase. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PRICE FOR EU COUNTRIES?For shipments to EU countries*, shipping costs is 10€. As we are concerned about the environment, we have chosen to focus on countries close to our Belgian borders. Shipping beyond those countries would be too expensive for the environment. *France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands Why charge 10€ for shipping? We want to be transparent and are convinced that everyone should be paid for the work they do in a fair way. We want to stay true to our values while offering you quality products. Shipping with UPS to a relay point outside Belgium can cost up to 16€ (depending on the concerned country). We have defined a shipping price of €10 for Belgian borders country. And we are offering the difference between what you pay and what the real UPS cost is, as to thank you for your purchase and trust. Some brands offer shipping but include a shipping cost in their sales price. We prefer not to include this 10€ in the price of our pieces, as it allows those who come to collect their pieces at our showroom or in person to avoid paying this fee. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEW ANJALI MUDRA ACTIVE WEAR?To keep your clothes as long as possible it takes a little love and care ... We recommend you to ; → Wash inside out → Wash on a gentle setting or by hand if possible → Wash at a low temperature, no more than 30 degrees → Do not tumble dry → Dry in the shade to preserve color Recycled plastic remains a synthetic material and may shed microplastics as your jeans, your underwears, etc.. To reduce shedding you can wash your clothes in cold water and dry on a line. Another solution is to wash your clothes in a Guppyfriend bag. Guppyfriend bags are available on our web shop.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?Sometimes things don't go as planned. We are here to make your experience as pleasant as possible and find solutions to your problem! RETURN In order for us to process your return successfully and guarantee a refund, please follow the conditions below when returning your package. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the order by you, provided that the returned items are unworn and undamaged, with the label of origin and carefully packed with the return voucher. If you are returning your entire order, please include the pouch or other accessories in the package before returning it. You can reuse your Anjali Mudra cardboard to cover the package during shipping. This box must be in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please use another strong cardboard box. Any item returned incomplete (product label, pouches, etc.), damaged, washed or stained will not be taken back and/or reimbursed. The customer is only responsible for the depreciation of the items resulting from use exceeding what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. ATTENTION: The customer must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case not more than 15 days after the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer is on time if he returns the goods before the expiry of the 15-day period. You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. If you exceed this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund, credit or exchange. To exercise his right of withdrawal and make a return, the customer must register his return request by completing the document below provided for this purpose named "Exchange and return voucher". This form must be sent to us by e-mail: hello@anjalimudra.be AND inserted in your return package before closing it with an adhesive that is not likely to open during transport to secure your package. Return costs are offered in Belgium for the first return. We will generate a return ticket for you and send it to you by e-mail once we have processed your "return and exchange voucher" previously received by e-mail. For other returns, the cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer. ATTENTION : Items benefiting from a reduction or sold in "second life" are not subject to a free return. Items in “second life” are not subject to return. You can also return your good in person, free of charge, by contacting us to make an appointment at our showroom in Braine-l’Alleud (free of charge) ; via e-mail or whatsapp. If you are not in the conditions for offered return cost, you can return your order by the shipping method of your choice, completing a return label at their nearest post office, providing the following informations ; o Anjali Mudra - Charlotte Laffineur o Grand-Place Baudouin 1er, 17 – Braine-l’Alleud Anjali Mudra will refund the customer by the same means of payment as the one used for the order (unless the customer has expressly accepted another method). The money will be credited to your account within 10-15 days of receipt of the return goods by our team. You will receive an email to notify you once the refund has been made. EXCHANGE Do you prefer to exchange with another product? We then ask you to return the product that is not suitable by completing the "return and exchange form" and to re-order on our site. We will reimburse you within 15 days from the day of receipt of the package by us. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and tags and seals must not have been removed. Returned outfits must not have been washed, and must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, bearing all of their original tags. Products returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. IMPORTANT: We only process returns that arrive directly at our warehouse, without any customs administration or payment on our part. I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHAT IS THE REFUND TIME?When returning an ANJALI MUDRA item, returns typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. We accept items in new condition, in their original packaging, with tags unremoved and undamaged or washed. We always recommend that you retain tracking information. Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected, we will process the refund. Refund of funds will be assigned back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY PACKAGE FOR THE RETURN?To have your package ready to ship, please follow these simple steps! In order for us to process your return successfully and guarantee a refund, please follow the conditions below when returning your package: _Reuse your ANJALI MUDRA cardboard to cover the package during shipping. This box must be in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please use another strong cardboard. _Your garment must be in perfect condition, with the label of origin. If you are returning your entire order, please protect you Anjali Mudra garment in your cotton pouch. If you return a part of order, be sur to protect you garment when packing it. _Download the return and exchange voucher and place it inside your package. It is also important to send this voucher to us by e-mail so that we are informed of the return in progress. Close the box with an adhesive that is not likely to open during transport to secure your package. Anjali Mudra reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?At ANJALI MUDRA, providing you with an enjoyable experience is our top priority. We are sorry if you received a defective item. We invite you to contact us using the email address used to place your order and provide us with further details. Here is what must be provided: 1. Order number 2. Product name and size 3. Images where the defect is clearly visible Once we have received all the required images, we will assess the incident and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please upload all images in a single pdf folder - this way you are not limited in the number of photos you can share! Help us help you - the more the better!

FROM XS TO XXL - HOW DO THE EMBODY COLLECTION OUTFITS SIZE?We love all sizes and shapes and believe every body deserves the best fit and support possible! When it comes to sports, we know the most important thing is finding the perfect fit. Everyone is different, and that's why our outfits are stretchy and adapt to your body, not the other way around. We want to help you as much as possible so you can decide which size is right for you. As a young brand taking its first steps, we have sought to meet the widest possible demand and to cover the majority of sizes requested by our customers, ranging from XS to XXL. Unfortunately as with every beginning, we have made some mistakes and some of our products are undercut. This is why we do not yet respond to one of our first desires; that every woman finds her size at ANJALI MUDRA. What does undercut products mean? This means that when we produced our outfits in our workshop, they were cut slightly smaller than originally planned. This then generates a difference between the size written on your garment and the actual size to which it corresponds. Fortunately, the quality of our fabric and our finishes has not been reduced! What is our plan for the future? To rectify this problem we are currently re-evaluating each size of the outfits in the EMBODY collection so that our next collection will fit the vast majority of you. If you cannot find your size on our site but would like to pre-order, do not hesitate to write to us. If we have enough demand for the same outfit, we will be happy to launch the production of one of our favorite pieces again.

SIZE SELECTION - HOW DO I KNOW IF A PIECE FITS ME?Our outfits and sets are all sized from XS to XXL. As explained in the "HOW TO SIZE THE EMBODY COLLECTION" FAQ, the outfits in our first collection are slightly undercut. This was not wanted, but today it is part of the history of the first steps of ANJALI MUDRA. We want to use this unexpected as a lever to allow us to better produce and anticipate the next collection with even more precision. Here is a size guide listed in the table below which includes our 3 sizes; _XS-S _M-L _XL-XXL Take a tape measure to see what size range you fall into. Don't worry about the letters of the sizes, an M-L with us corresponds more to a traditional S-M in the EU. For us beauty goes well beyond a size and it has never made so much sense !
